Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 298(FIN) "An Act exempting quarry rock, sand and gravel, and marketable earth mining operations from the mining license tax; and providing for an effective date." 2012-02-22 House Journal Page 1669 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative P. Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 298(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 298(FIN) and it was taken up later.
